NaTakallam is a social enterprise that connects refugees/displaced persons (focusing for the time being on Syrian and Iraqi refugees) to remote work opportunities in the language sector.

Paper Crafts By Jean Paul

After leaving his home country of Burkina Faso, Jean Paul Vokouma arrived in the US to request asylum. Finding himself immediately detained and awaiting his trial, he learned how to pass the many months by making paper crafts. Jean Paul is now an employee of WeWork and continues making his art.

Refugee Makers Project

The Refugee Makers Project is helping refugee craftsmen find paying work and learn English related to their trade making and marketing goods.

Retea

Drink Tea, Educate a Refugee. Each pouch of Retea provides up to 10 hours of education for a refugee in partnership with the IRC.

Through Refugee Eyes is a collection of photographs taken by Abdulazez Dukhan, a refugee from Homs, Syria. Abdulazez's photos capture the harsh realities of living in the camps juxtaposed with the humanity and resilience of those who live there.
